SecureComputing

Based on lattice cryptograpy with quantum computer resistant, it is practically difficult to decipher. In addition, since no key is required in the arithmetic processing for the encrypted data, the risk of key leakage is reduced.

Secure computing technology based on homomorphic encryption allows data to be computed in encrypted form without decryption. The current mainstream encryption technology encrypts data during communication, but it is necessary to perform “Decrypt (decrypting)” once for analysis and other processing. As a result, information leaks to the third-parties who is in charge of executing the processes and to the insider/outsider of the company. Moreover, information in use is always targeted by malicious eavesdroppers, attackers, and virus software.

By combining the data analysis and AI construction know-how that EAGLYS has accumulated in the AI business, we do research and develop on an integrated technology that enables data mining and deep learning while data is encrypted. Algorithms equiped to CapsuleFlow is from simple statistic calculation such as sum or avrage, to complex calculation such as frequent pattern mining and logistic regression and convolutional neural networks. The fusion of secure computing and complex processing such as deep learning, namely “SecureAI”, requires an enormous amount of computation, resulting in execution time overhead. To solve this problem, we are conducting R&D to speed up data processing. The general AI model (Left) are subject to leakage not only the input and output data, but also model-parameters. Applying CapsuleFlow to AI model (Right) allows them all to run with confidentiality. (Only the owner of the data can access output results and parameters.)

CapsuleFlow™’s Capabilities

CapsuleFlow is able to convert algorithms of data mining, machine learning and deep learning to secure computing. It is also able to convert database (DB) in business operation to “SecureDB” which allows secret search with encrypted query over encrypted records. CapsuleFlow is designed to connect as a driver API / add-ons to systems DB and algorithms.
